Description
Hathi Masala Piri Piri Mix, also known as Peri Peri, is a strong and flavourful spice mix made from good red chilli, paprika, garlic, oregano, and select spices. It is inspired by the famous African Bird's Eye chilli seasoning, loved around the world. All the spices in this mix undergo our Cryogenic Grinding process, in which they are cooled to minus 180 degrees before grinding. This keeps the natural colour, strong smell, and full flavour of every spice safe. Our Piri Piri Mix has no artificial additives. It gives you hot, tangy, and deep flavour every time you use it, whether you are grilling, marinating, or seasoning your snacks. You get restaurant-quality taste right at home.

Why Choose Hathi Masala
Hathi Masala has been making spices for over 70 years. We use India's first Cryogenic Grinding Technology, in which spices are cooled to -180 °C with liquid nitrogen before grinding. All our spices undergo a fully automated 9-step cleaning process. No human hand touches the spice before it reaches you. We test every batch in our lab for 20+ quality checks. Our 3-layer packaging locks in freshness and keeps moisture out, so the spice stays good till the last use. We buy whole spices from 17 Indian states and work only with farms we trust. Our products are ISO, FSSAI, and Spices Board India certified.
