Hathi Masala’s Kasuri Methi (Kasoori Methi) is made using fresh fenugreek that is growing in the farms of Gujarat and nearby areas. To maintain a powerful smell and strong taste, the fenugreek is collected carefully. Then cleaned and dried. We follow cryogenically processing to preserve natural aroma and volatile oils, so the leaves retain their original fresh fragrance. This powder is used in topping breads, dals, and curries because it gives a rich smell and deep flavour.
Product Usage
For a fresh smell, crush and add to curries before serving.
For more flavour, add to vegetable gravies, butter masala, and paneer.
