Description
Hathi Masala Chilli Flakes are made from the best dried red chillies, carefully cleaned and crushed to deliver consistent heat and a deep red colour every time. Our chilli flakes retain the chilli's natural seeds and skin. This gives a stronger, more authentic flavour than regular chilli powder. No heat is used in the process, so the natural oils and strong taste of the chilli stay naturally. Our Chilli Flakes have no artificial colours, additives, or preservatives. They are a great finishing touch for pizzas, pastas, snacks, and Indian dishes.
